You will be responsible for leading our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineering team to streamline business processes and achieve key objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can provide end-to-end leadership for all functional and technical aspects of ERP implementations and Supply Chain technology integrations. You will utilize problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcome implementation challenges, ensuring deployment readiness for each functional area. Additionally, you will assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate efficiently and professionally with all stakeholders.We foster a culture of high-performing teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment. 15+ years of ERP implementation experience working directly with ERP solution partners, Supply Chain Operations, R&D, Quality, and Finance teams in a cross-functional environment
9+ years of technical program management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
Experience designing, building, configuring and deploying scalable, highly-available systems
In depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages and business processes
Knowledge of general accounting rules
Reports to senior management on deployment plans, project deliverables, and related matters
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP ECC/S4HANA implementation experience
Experience building end to end Supply Chain processes, project management, and release schedules for ERP global deployment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/undefined problems
Obsession with quality, operational excellence, and customer experience
Experience taking a leading role in building complex software system
Demonstrated ability to manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Strong object-oriented design and coding skills
