Description We are looking to add a Technical Product Owner with a focus on SDLC & RESTful API to our team, based in Nashville, Tennessee. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of API technologies and experience in managing API products. The position involves working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.Responsibilities: Develop a clear vision and strategy for the API product line, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Define, prioritize, and implement features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment with organizational priorities Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of the API offerings Create and maintain a comprehensive and achievable product roadmap for the API portfolio Work closely with development teams to define API specifications, ensuring scalability, security, and usability Oversee the release process, coordinating with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering data to inform future enhancements Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to APIs Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Technical Product Management, specifically with SDLC & API. Proficient in Atlassian Jira and bug tracking. Experience with cloud technologies. Familiarity with AB testing and Agile Scrum methodologies. Ability to perform backlog grooming and manage API development. Strong communication skills. Experience with API specifications, API testing, API management, and API gateways. Knowledge of API - Application Programming Interface and Restful Architecture. Familiarity with SDK - Software Development Kit, SDK Development, and SDK. Experience in creating and maintaining documentation such as configuration documentation, process documentation, project documentation, software documentation, and technical documentation. Experience in building scalable solutions and conducting scalability testing.
