Technical Resource PlannerAs a Technical Resource Planner you will work within the Patient Monitoring/Cardiac Care Services organization and work across organizations to include Commercial Operations, Clinical and Sales. This division of Philips Healthcare specializes in the installation and service of patient monitoring devices, system integrations, networks, and telemetry systems. As hospital environments become more integrated the service organization is looking to expand its ability to install and service complex networks as well and consult with customers on high end integrations. Our Technical Resource Planners provide management of all planning and scheduling activities within an assigned zone covering multiple service regions. The Planners also focus on making sure all activities are scheduled and tracked within the zone, to include installations and SMAs.As a Technical Resource Planner you will be part of a team motivated to deliver world-class customer support. Identify, analyze, implement, and monitor customer service resource utilization (to include presale, installations and SMAs)

Collaborate cross-functionally with the Comm Ops, DSMs, Service teams, Vendor Management, and Clinical teams to ensure effective installation and SMA resource planning and utilization

Partners with the Commercial Operations Project Managers, District Service Managers, Clinical and SMA Delivery Managers in identifying workforce requirements (internal vs 3rds)

Partners with the region DSM and FSEs to make sure all planned and scheduled activities are assigned, documented, visible and accurate on a master calendar or scheduling tool (not including reactive calls)

Validates with team members (Comm Ops, Service, Clinical) to make sure all activities are scheduled based on dates agreed to by the team and ensures everyone within the team is aware of the zone workload and schedule through effective communication

Helps identify resources within the supported zone as required and with other Technical Resource Planning Managers if resources are not available within the supported zone

Helps to review, analyze, select, and deploy enhanced scheduling tools to improve the efficiency of the role and regions

Accountable for driving region productivity and growth through effective manpower planning/utilization and process improvements

Validate all scheduled and confirmed resources are appropriately trained and qualified

Participate in and lead cross-functional implementation improvement projects and initiatives – deliver results.

Participate with leadership in daily management and contribute towards ensuring standard work is being followed and continually improved

Develop installation auditing processes to ensure quality

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing projects and ability to effectively plan, schedule, and assign activities is required

Knowledge of the HPM Healthcare environment preferred

Experience with Patient Monitoring products is preferred

Demonstrated leadership skills; effective communication skills including strong facilitation and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively in a team-based organization across multiple remote locations/departments with management and individuals of various levels and backgrounds.

Advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Share Point and Outlook.

Excellent time management, organization, analytical, problem solving, and listening skills

Capable of making commitments, setting priorities, and delivering results on time and on budget.

Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Flexible work style and ability to adapt to internal and external customer requirements

Ability to work across time zones
