Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is hiring for a support engineer to join their clients team out of the Nashville area. The ideal candidate will come from a technical background and have experience working within a client facing environment. You will be responsible for 3 key areas including conference room checks for the technology and systems, break fix for technically solving any hardware or software issues within the conference rooms and client facing meeting support for technical issues during a meeting. 1-3 years of experience within an AV technical support role

Experience with AV equipment

Neat Bars

Logitec equipment

Zoom suite

Experience with networking and connectivity

Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software

 - PC troubleshooting experience

Experience in a client facing environment null
