We are seeking an Ultrasound Tech for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high-quality, efficient care. We want you to apply now!Job Summary:You will demonstrate an understanding of cross-section human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology to obtain optimal ultrasound studies.
You will constantly evaluate the accuracy and quality of scan results.
You will maintain knowledge in all facets of performing the optimal ultrasound scan. This includes pertinent clinical history and related diagnostic procedures, ultrasound physics and instrumentation, normal anatomy, and pathological variants.
You will be competent in production, use recognition, and analysis of ultrasound images and patterns used for patient diagnosis and treatment. He/she will maintain knowledge about high-frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques for medical purposes.
You will assist the radiologist in the completion of intricate ultrasound examinations, including a range of tissue biopsies and fluid drainages.

ARDMS (denotes successful completion of the certification examination) (or registry eligible)
RDMS – Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
RVT - Registered Vascular Technologist
1 year post-graduate experience
Experience in the use of Doppler and Pulse Doppler preferred
American Heart Association BLS certification required.
