Responsible to set the long-term relationship and sales strategy for strategic key accounts across the USCAN geography for the commercial and service sales organizations.

Drives overall financial accountability (full management of P&L) throughout the US aligned to designated key accounts to ensure financial targets (orders, revenue, PD, cost, margin) are met.

Business leader to manage strategic execution of customer key account plans, engagement strategies, national installed base programs, and strategic customer innovations, both for provider-customers and GPOs/GPO-specific customers.

Lead and motivate a large, experienced sales and services teams across US market with effective customer-specific resource deployment for selling all products across GE Healthcare’s vast portfolio and lead teams to develop a sales funnel and forecast accuracy for market growth.

Establishes and fosters key customer relationships that have significant impact on the organization (empower/accountability) inclusive of C level leadership.

Effectively utilizes key industry information and market knowledge both internal and external to gain competitive advantage with National customers and GPOs and make good business decisions.

Lead a culture of integrity and boundaryless collaboration, cultivates positive leadership through ongoing direction, coaching, and career development of leaders/staff.

Leads the organization in promoting a safe working environment and build a culture of compliance. Ensures all quality, compliance and controllership rules around revenue recognition (and any applicable EHS policies) are met and pervasive throughout the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements:

BA/BS degree

10+ years of successful sales/marketing leadership experience with 5+ years of successful National Senior level sales management and general management experience

Sales and Service Commercial leadership experience

Technical Skills

Enterprise wide, solutions mindset and the ability to make strategic trade off/s (when needed)

Clear thinker with a strategic mindset and strong industry knowledge (ex. where will we play, what customers we will target)

Demonstrates excellent communication skills (frequency consistency and clarity)

Demonstrated ability to lead a team that is accountable for financial commitments to a business unit and demonstrate exceptional business acumen which is measured by their ability to manage financial metrics, business operations, employee’s performance, and customer’s needs)

Influencing skills with internal/external stakeholders. The ability of getting people to do what is needed for the customer

Ability to drive decisions internally across multiple functions in a highly matrixed environment

Strong coaching skills and ability to advocate and develop people and build strong succession plans (build, communicate, activate)

Capability of managing multiple discipline teams (Sales, Service)
