A leading Corporate Catering Company in Nashville offering innovative cuisine and great customer service is looking for a catering sales person. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with clients to plan events, determine needs, define budgets and plan menus in consultation with the Operations Manager and Chef. Work with Chef and GM to create menus for customers. As needed, work with customer to coordinate necessary rental of support items such as linens, floral arrangements, tableware/flatware, etc. Create accurate and timely schematic layout of tables, chairs and other necessary equipment as required by events event timelines. Ensure the accurate creation and maintenance of budgets and financial targets; ensure that financial targets are achieved. Maintain relationships with existing customers. And expand book of business by reaching out to new companies and customers.
Qualifications:
At least three years catering or restaurant experience with a preference for experience with high-end special event and catering environment
Compensation: 40 hours a week
Base compensation $15 hour and sales bonuses based on performance after initial period.
