Slice House by Tony Gemignani is seeking skilled and dedicated Cooks/BOH Team Membersto join our culinary team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals following company recipes and standards while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:1. Meal PreparationPrepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets quality standards.2. Kitchen OperationsSet up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.3. ComplianceAdhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients.Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.4. Team CollaborationWork effectively as part of a team, communicating needs and feedback to colleagues and supervisors.Assist with special events, catering, and menu planning as needed.5.
