General Description: Performs all duties related to washing of the dishes, keeping the kitchen tidy and clean.
Requirements: Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Also, calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Perform all duties in compliance with Tennessee Department of Health Codes and Standards.
Specific Duties include but are not limited to:
o Scrape, rinse and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
o Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils and dishes
o Clean, sanitize and maintain dish machine
o Unload dishes and organize properly
o Empty trash containers daily
o Break down boxes and have trash ready on pick up days
o Maintain a clean work area
o Keep pots, pans and small wares organized
o Sweep and mop kitchen minimum of twice a week and as needed
o Clean food stations and equipment
o Help with additional cleaning and organizing as requested
o Assist with prep when dishwashing and cleaning responsibilities are complete
o Keep hotline and equipment clean and deep clean weekly
o Additional duties as assigned related to utilities management
o Inventory of Event Supplies
o Packing + Loading for Events
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
