Job Opportunity: District Manager – Nashville Hot Chicken Franchise (Tennessee Market Expansion)

Location: Tennessee (Multi-Unit Oversight)

Compensation: $100,000+ Base Salary + Lucrative Bonus Structure (Total Potential: $150,000–$200,000+ Annually)

We’re bringing the bold flavor and energy of authentic Nashville hot chicken to Tennessee in a big way—and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven District Manager to lead the charge.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing franchise concept with plans to open five high-performing units across Tennessee. As the District Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and leading a world-class operational team, driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining our commitment to outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple units (initially 5 locations)

Hire, train, and develop high-performing General Managers and store-level teams

Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and customer service excellence

Implement strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency

Lead through KPIs, P&L management, and team accountability

Serve as a liaison between the franchise ownership group and store leadership

Be a hands-on leader who models excellence in every aspect of operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

5+ years of proven multi-unit management experience in fast casual or quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations

Track record of driving top-tier performance and team development

Strong financial acumen, P&L responsibility, and operations expertise

Deep understanding of systems, processes, and performance metrics

Ability to thrive in a start-up environment while maintaining high standards

Passion for team leadership, growth, and guest satisfaction
