Husk Nashville is in search of an Expeditor!
In this role you will work closely with the Chef and BOH/FOH teams to set the pace and flow of the restaurant during service.
This opportunity is for someone:
Who is detail-oriented and thrives in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
With previous experience as a food expeditor, ensuring orders are being prepared with the correct priority, accuracy, and presentation.
Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties - working quickly in a clean and efficient manner while maintaining an open flow of communication between the kitchen and FOH staff.
That enjoys creating a genuine hospitable experience for guests and supporting a team of hospitality professionals with a variety of tasks (take-out orders, running food, polishing, etc.).
