The Front Server will be responsible for guiding our guests through an immersive dining experience, anticipating their needs and delivering the highest of personalized service and attention.
Responsibilities
Provide an immersive dining experience to our guests by highlighting our seed to table operation and being knowledgeable about menu offerings
Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen and bar using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; coordinate food and beverage timings
Check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order and transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience for a variety of local guests, international travelers, and building residents alike
Properly and accurately close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables and chairs
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of Food & Beverage when needed
Skills and Experience
Restaurant hospitality experience
Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Food, wine, and liquor knowledge

Education and Requirements
High School Diploma
Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
Available to work weekends, evenings and/or holidays
Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods as needed and able to work in all weather conditions
