JOB DESCRIPTION
You represent the Krystal Brand! You have to Be HAPPY, Look HAPPY & SMILE in order to deliver an experience to our Guests that "EXCEED" Expectations ! This means you SMILE a lot You put a SMILE on our guests face also. You treat people as though they truly matter. You have a contagious upbeat and sincere personality! You bring out the BEST in everyone who you interact with!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads guest service during the shift. You provide and elevate the energy in your Krystal to a unique new level.
You ensure team members are "exceeding the expectations" of our guests! When they are not, you quickly notice and help them deliver on the guest experience
You know our operations frontwards and backwards - YOU ARE THE EXPERT!
Rush Ready before the rush hits
Maintains cleanliness throughout the shift
Sticks to the Krystal systems for running a successful shift
Makes sure we only serve Hot & Delicious Food 100% of the time
Praises the team members for a job well done
