Sully's Smoke Shack is hiring!
We are a restaurant located inside Skinny Dennis a very fun and very busy live music venue and honky tonk bar in East Nashville.
We serve food 7 days a week
Monday- Thursday 2pm-12am
Friday-Sunday 12pm-12am
We are looking for part time ( 20 hrs a week ) kitchen staff to join our KREWE!
Must have experience as a line cook ( minimum 5 years experience )
-Grill, Flat-top, Fry, Cold Station
-Prep
-Dishwashing
-Wrapping up and Closing a kitchen up to the Health Department Standards
-Cleaning ( Sweeping, Mopping, Scrubbing, Wiping Down )
- Taking orders from a counter
- Cash handling
Major plus if you have experience working in a food truck!
Must have a good attitude! We welcome music lovers, artists, hippies, cowboys, cowgirls, cajuns, banjo players and foodies of all backgrounds!
Must be at least 21 years old
Preferably live in East Nashville or surrounding area
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
