East Nashville Beer Works is looking for an entry-level cook who needs to add some experience to their resume/portfolio.
We are a brewery, taproom, and restaurant. Beer is our main passion, with awesome food a close second.
As a part of our team you do a little bit of everything (cooking, running, dishes, etc). We keep it simple, but everybody does everything.
Knife skills/prep work
Line preparation in a fast moving environment
Expediting, Running Food
Time/resource management
Dishwashing
You must be fast, great at time management and multi-tasking, and a very positive, team player (cannot stress this enough).
