At The Chef and I, we create chef tasting dinner menus with each chef bringing into them a piece of their personality and creativity. We also offer a core menu that highlights The Chef and I’s signature dishes as well as pasta and fish dishes using fresh catch ingredients. As a line cook/line chef you must work closely with the team and be passionate about and understand every plate leaving the kitchen. Minimum 3 years line cook experience. Expo and FOH experience a plus. Must be comfortable interacting and cooking in front of guests.
