Job Title: Prep Cook
Reports To: Shift lead/ Kitchen Operations Manager
Roberta’s is looking for a prep cook to join our Nashville team! Roberta’s which opened in 2008, helped pave the way for the boroughs’ food scene, the pizza game, offering Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas and quickly became a mecca for pizza and culture. Roberta’s is actively expanding and is looking for talented people to join the family and grow with us!
Job Requirements include:
-Following a daily prep list
-Following DOH standards
-Punctuality and reliability
-Being detail oriented and organized
-Labeling and storing items properly
-Reporting when food or beverage items are running low to shift lead
-The desire to learn and grow!
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Applicants should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience
-Great attitude, respectful and a team player
Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
-Must be able to work in high volume environment
