Captain D's is growing and needs MANAGERS AND ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGERS! We are seeking friendly, cheerful, upbeat, outgoing and professional people to help us fill our needs at our location in SPRING HILL, TN
Previous restaurant Manager and/or Assistant General Manager experience REQUIRED.
Manager and Assistant General Manager wages are very competitive AND our bonus plan is superior to most (paid monthly). We have REAL medical benefits that are not high annual deductable. We have office copays and pharmacy copays and dental and vision benefits too after 90 days with a company contribution to your premiums. We also have company paid life and AD and D insurance as well as meal benefits. We have 401K plans with company match.
We just opened a new location in Johnson City, TN and we recently opened a new restaurant in the town of Abingdon, VA. We have a development agreement to open a new Captain D's each year for the next five years there IS room for advancement to GENERAL MANAGER!
