We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to join our
exciting X-Golf simulator and sports bar location in Hermitage, TN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, sports, and exceptional customer service, combined with strong food and beverage management skills.

JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring a seamless blend of golf simulation technology, sports entertainment, and top-notch food and beverage service. You'll work closely with the General Manager to create an unforgettable experience for our guests while maintaining operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee daily operations of the golf simulator area and sports bar
-Assist in managing food and beverage services, including inventory control and quality assurance
-Recruit, train, and manage staff, including scheduling, to deliver exceptional customer service
-Maintain a clean, organized, & safe working environment for employees and customers
-Coordinate golf simulator bookings, maximizing efficiency
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
-Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth
-Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
-Support financial management, including budgeting and cost control measures
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a sports bar or similar hospitality setting
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
-ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
-Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
