Looking for a front desk receptionist/administrator who will work 36 hours a week in a one-dentist office in Murfreesboro. Note this is NOT a 40 hr/week job. We are a fee-for-service, small, one-doctor high-end dental office Our patient base is stable, appreciative and easy to work with.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS DENTAL FRONT OFFICE EXPERIENCE
As the front desk receptionist/manager, you are PRIMARILY responsible for:
1. Keeping the schedule full
2. Collecting payments
3. Greeting patients, checking them out, answering phone calls and confirming appointments
4. You will have secondary responsibilities which will be listed in more detail if an interview is granted
Qualifications include:
1. Very organized, self-motivated, committed and self-directed
2. Knowledge of and proficiency using computers - we are a paperless office
3. Relevant experience -- specifically front-desk dental office experience presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements. Prefer more than 1 year relevant experience and mastery of dental insurance terminology and processes. RDA experience a plus!
4. Exceptional customer service -- you are someone who never loses your cool, makes people feel comfortable and are cheerful and friendly under all circumstances
5. Reliable -- you are on-time to work, rarely if ever miss a work day unexpectedly and your work quality is consistent over time
6. You have recent references we can contact
