Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Segment Marketing Analyst (HYBRID)
Duration: 4+ months Assignment
Location: Nashville, TN 37228 (Ability to work from the Nashville, TN office at least 50% of the time, and as requested by the business)
Pay Rate: $25/ hr on w2.

Must Haves:
Profiles from marketing title like marketing coordinator, marketing analyst, marketing executive strong experience with proofreading/proofing (3-5 years) strong with Excel- spreadsheets. Experience looking for - direct mails, complaints handling. AA required. data experience with analytical skill
Non-negotiable Skills:
Exceptional communication skills and a strong command of the English language are essential. The role involves proofreading tasks, necessitating the ability to identify and correct spelling and grammatical errors effectively.
Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Comfort and familiarity with working with data are necessary.
Previous experience as a marketing coordinator is advantageous.

Job Description
Tactical support of Medicare marketing for a growing company and product, with focus on proofing for benefit versions, grammar, and feedback regarding design and readability of materials, and other data and content accuracy as needed. Key categories of materials include, but are not limited to: prospect and customer cross-sell/upsell materials, direct mail, email, online marketing assets, and related materials. This position also supports various compliance and company archiving aspects of materials. This position receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Key Responsibilities
For various marketing channels (ex. direct mail and email, web/online, and other media materials) assist with the following:
Proofread, including versions of personalization proofs for each campaign. Proofing includes, but is not limited to:
Version confirmation (ex. benefits, phone number, disclaimers, etc.)
Grammar, spelling
Test scanning print codes (ex. QR codes) on personalization proofs to ensure information is correct (ex. name, address, and print/campaign ID/code).
In-bound phone number testing
Archiving:
Organizing all sample versions of proofs for each campaign and uploading them to the Marketing drive, ensuring that we remain compliant with government (ex. Federal and state where applicable) regulations. Archiving may be in digital and/or hard format.
Uploading final populated versions to compliance portal or drive
Do Not Contact (DNC) Requests and Grievances:
Filter through returned mail from Acquisition marketing projects for DNC requests
Execute processes, as needed, for standard and emergency requests for DNC
Support extended team for ad hoc mail projects for associated return mail DNC requests
Research grievances as needed
Gift / Promo Fulfillment Offers
Order fulfillment for customer requests for gift offer; during campaigns with a promo offer
Lead trainings/overview meetings with managers of impacted business teams (ex. Customer Service)
CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) compliance filing as needed
Maintain job aids and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for this position
Administrative duties such as, but not limited to:
Occasional shipping of promo items
Gathering competitor marketing material samples
Team meeting prep
Ad hoc requests and projects as needed by the business
General company and government required:
Skills
Microsoft Office, with proficiency in MS Excel
Health care marketing experience preferred
Experience working within regulatory guidelines distributed by national regulatory agency
Experience in proofing data-intensive communications and materials
Must be able to build internal relationships and work with external vendors as needed
Ability to work on multiple projects with fast deadlines with quality and accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as a team player on multiple projects
Organized with ability to effectively manage time
