Surgical Nurse for Office Setting
Dr. Frexes’ Office, an Advanced Health Practice, is looking for a qualified nurse to be an important member of the team to provide superb care to our surgical patients. Our practice is focused on the care of Surgical Oncology and General Surgery patients.
This important member will be the clinical lead.
Experience in the following is required:
Operating room
Perioperative nursing
Surgical care (drain and wound care)
Duties will include
Coordination of surgical care
Preoperative and post op care
Oversight of office flow and other team members
Follow and implement protocols
Excellent documentation (SCRIBE)
Independent evaluation of patients
Coordination of service with other departments and specialties
Office procedures (set up and assistance)
The candidate needs excellent documentation and critical thinking skills.
Position is full time or part time (Monday through Friday)

Individual must be licensed in the State of Tennessee.
