Smile Solutions of Lebanon is growing and we are currently looking to add an RDA to our team. We are a private practice with a single doctor, Dr. Tim Pfountz, in a new modern facility. Our area of the city is growing quickly with new construction going on all around us. This position is for an RDA whose primary job will be front office tasks but will still be used as a clinical assistant when needed.
Applicants needs the following attributes/skills/qualifications.
Registered Dental Assistant
CPR Certified
Friendly
Eager to learn
Great attention to detail
Task oriented
Ability to multitask
Front office qualifications:
Knowledge of Eaglesoft
Knowledgeable with insurance verification and billing
Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial arrangements.
All general dental assisting tasks:
Chairside assisting
Alginate impressions
Model pour and trim
X-Ray
Nitrous oxide monitoring is a plus.
