Job Description:
As an Automotive Technician you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on vehicles. You will work with a variety of makes and models, ensuring that our inventory is in top condition for resale to dealerships.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic work on vehicles in inventory.
Conduct mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications (ASE, etc.) preferred.
Proven experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or in a similar role.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license (with clean driving record).
Own tools and equipment is required.
