Join Our Fireplace Service Team!
1. Labor Helper (Full-Time)
Base Pay: $100 per day + Performance Bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general labor tasks, including cleaning, prepping, and assisting in fireplace-related jobs.
No sales work involved—strictly a labor role.
Help the lead technician on various projects.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license is mandatory.
Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team.
Bonuses provided based on productivity and job performance.
2. Subcontractor Helper (Per Job Basis)
Pay: Job-based, determined by the size and scope of each project. ($80-$120 per project)
Responsibilities:
Complete jobs assigned by us after they have been pre-closed. Your task is to deliver high-quality work on-site.
Tackle a variety of fireplace-related tasks such as chimney work, fireplace repairs, and installations.
Requirements:
Own a vehicle and have basic tools, including a ladder.
Work-specific equipment will be provided by us.
Ability to manage jobs independently and efficiently.
Previous experience in fireplace or chimney work is a plus.
