About the Position:
We’re looking for a dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our team on an as-needed basis. Work varies from week to week depending on job volume, sometimes several projects, sometimes smaller ones — but we’re steadily growing and looking for reliable people who want to grow with us.
You’ll be working outdoors on a variety of residential and commercial landscaping projects throughout the Nashville area.
Pay & Schedule:
$20/hour (cash)
Paid out at the end of each completed job
Weekend availability (especially this Saturday) is a plus
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be punctual and dependable — show up on time and ready to work
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all types of weather conditions
- Must have some landscaping experience (laying sod, planting trees/shrubs, moving gravel, general landscape labor, etc.)
- Must be willing to learn and follow directions
- Must wear work boots, work pants, gloves, and bring your own water
- No smoking on the job
- No hand, face, or neck tattoos
Skills That Help:
- Knowledge of basic landscaping tools and techniques
- Experience with planting, sod installation, and general yard clean-up
- Positive attitude and willingness to work hard as part of a small team
