Landscape Worker / Groundskeeper – Luxury Hotel in Franklin, TN
Location: Franklin, Tennessee (Luxury Hotel with Farm-like Environment)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Note: Flexibility is required—occasional weekend shifts may be needed if issues arise during the week.
Hotel Solutions is currently hiring a dependable and experienced Landscape Worker / Groundskeeper for a luxury hotel in Franklin, TN. The property is set on expansive land with a farm-style layout, including cabins and natural scenery, offering a one-of-a-kind work environment.
As a permanent temporary worker, you'll be employed by Hotel Solutions, a trusted staffing agency specializing in hospitality placements. We work with high-end hotels, resorts, and event spaces, connecting skilled professionals to long-term opportunities with flexibility and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas
Perform groundskeeping around cabins and guest common areas
Handle debris removal, trash pickup, and path cleaning
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with basic maintenance projects as needed
Ensure the property remains clean, organized, and guest-ready
Be prepared to adjust schedule if weekend work is required due to weekday absences
Qualifications:
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required
Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
Schedule flexibility is a must
