We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals for the role of Field Worker. This position requires a commitment of 20–25 hours per week. You will be paid as low as $20/hour or as high as $50/hour, depending on the size and time commitment of the job. As a Field Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks, including:
- Laying bed fabric to prepare planting areas.
- Spreading mulch/pine for coverage retention.
- Weeding.
- Trimming and pruning bushes and trees.
- Planting bushes and trees according to project requirements.
Punctuality and adherence to instructions are critical; you will be expected to arrive promptly at the designated time and location and follow all guidelines and criteria outlined in your employment contract. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in outdoor environments. Candidates must be dependable and able to meet the physical demands of the position.
