LawnWise is a locally owned and operated lawn care company and is looking for lawn care technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians are the front line face of our brand. They undertake the responsibility of treating the lawn and landscape to maximize the overall health and beauty of the property while communicating to the customer any current issues or needs to be addressed. We offer a higher than scale base salary along with fluctuating work week overtime, goal based commissions and sales incentives. Our technicians are paid weekly and start at a base salary of $650 per week and advance up to $700 per week after passing state certification exams. An average technician after salary, overtime, and commissions will earn an average of $800 to $1000 weekly. This is a full time position working outdoors and is a fast paced environment. In order to qualify for for this position you must meet the following requirements.
Satisfactory driving record with valid drivers license. (subject to review and approval by insurance company)
Ability to obtain Turf and Ornamental Certification and Pest Control Certification. (We provide the training)
Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.
Ability to walk several miles a day, everyday.
Ability to wear proper safety equipment while performing duties
Fill and mix tanks according to fill charts
Maintain a clean truck and shop work space
