Maintenance Technician (Antioch)
The Villages of Stonewood, a 408 unit apartment community in Antioch, seeks a fulltime Maintenance Tech. Ideal candidates will have some general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, general plumbing, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready. Apartment maintenance experience and HVAC certification a huge plus! Tech will be part of a rotation with several other techs for night and weekend emergency calls.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Completing work orders assigned in a timely manner based on priority.
Turn units between resident occupancy, preventative maintenance as assigned
Maintaining grounds and curb appeal
Preventative maintenance as assigned
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Assist in coverage through rotation of 24/7 emergency service calls with several other team members
Miscellaneous jobs as directed by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
