Mold Inspector needed for the Nashville area. Previous or current Home Inspector training/certification preferred. Will train for mold inspection.
Must have reliable transportation and a clean appearance and be able to converse with homeowners. Position is on-call and will get busier. However, this is 'on-call', not a full time position. Best for someone who is retired and wants to keep working a bit or someone who wants extra money. Excellent pay. If you need a job to keep you afloat and your family, this is not the job. This is advertised in labor but its really a science, and need to be interested in understanding fungus, how it lives, breathes, eats and survives, as well as knowing how to figure out where it hides in a homeand in turn is making people sickin the home.

No criminal history! Criminal background check will be performed.
Experience with building, HVAC, plumbing, inspection or any home building trade is helpful.
