Job Description:
As a Relocation Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating the smooth transition of expatriates returning to Japan. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting international moves, and navigating customs procedures with ease.
Inventorying all items for customs declaration accurately.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining a clean background.
Driving 1 to 2 hours to the customer’s residence for relocation services.
Performing loading tasks into a truck efficiently and safely.
Adhering to a not overly intense labor environment.
Cultivating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere by consistently displaying reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to Japanese culture, emphasizing sensitivity and understanding.
Requirements:
Proficient English communication skills; Japanese language skills are not required.
Ability to legally work in the United States with a clean background.
Comfortable with driving distances to customer locations.
Physically capable of loading items into a truck.
Reliability and punctuality are paramount.
Willingness to embrace and respect Japanese culture with sensitivity.
