Own tools, brushes, rollers, ladders, etc.
8 hour days.
I pay based on job. Usually 50% for me, 50% for you.
Example 1, 1 bedroom, walls and trim $875, paint is $75, $400 for you, $400 for me. Should take 1 day.
Example 2, whole house exterior trim and body $11,000. Paint is $1000. You get $5000, I get $5000. Should take 3-5 days.
I find the jobs, you or you and your guy(s) paint them. I'm licensed and insured.
