My company is looking to hire an additional team member to our small staff. We do full estate maintenance and management for approx. 900 acres in the Nashville area, spending most our time in western Williamson County at a very scenic location. My company has great job security, a unique work environment with year round beautiful scenery and wildlife and is unlike any other job in many positive ways. I own well serviced late model equipment (all closed cab except the lawn mowers) and take pride in having a small staff with high skill level.
Job duties include:
-Operating zero turn mower and line trimmer
-Operating compact track loader and mini-excavator (12k lbs.)
-Operating mid size tractors
-Occasional work in very ornate greenhouse and garden/landscape
Company has bi-weekly pay via W-2, full work comp and paid lunch. Consistent Mon-Fri schedule with very rare overtime and weekends.
