Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin! I’m Bryce, owner of Panoramic Window Cleaning, and I’m looking for a hardworking Window Cleaning Assistant to work with me as a contractor. I run a small business with big goals—and I'm offering a chance to help grow a home service business while keeping your independence. No experience? No problem—I’ll train you. Responsibilities
Clean windows for residential and small commercial clients (solo or with me).
Handle job prep, equipment setup, and cleanup using your own approach.
Occasionally chat with clients to ensure they’re happy and deliver top-notch service.
On slower days, optional light tasks like scheduling or dropping flyers (your call).
Requirements:
Reliable, positive attitude—show up ready to work!
Comfortable working outside and physically fit (scrubbing, standing, walking, lifting, bending—nothing crazy).
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (truck or SUV preferred) to get to jobs (I cover your mileage). You can ride with me during training.
No experience needed—I’ll show you the ropes.
Bonus if you’ve cleaned windows or worked in home services before!
Pay & Benefits:
$20/hour base (1099 contractor) + bonuses ($10 per 5-star review, $50 for 10+ jobs/week). Get rewarded for your hard work! Pay varies by jobs taken and size of jobs—expect $100-$250/day for 3-8 hours.
$75 Minimum pay on slow days—even on rare quiet days, you’re covered if you show up and are available 3+ hours.
Flexible hours, you're on call and pick your availability (roughly 20-30 hours/week to start, Monday-Friday, daytime).
Paid training—learn a skill, grow with me.

I run a mobile business that mostly serves the Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin areas. Ideally looking for someone that lives in any of those 3 cities.
Job Type:
Seasonal 1099 contractor (estimated 20-30 hours to start). Scalable to full-time 40 hours/week as a W-2 employee if we’re a fit. Please understand that this is a business with a fluctuating schedule depending on weather and demand. Great opportunity to have a flexible schedule, work outside, and set your own availability.
