Established real estate law firm looking for a part time paralegal. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience but it is not required and we will train someone with less experience. This position has the opportunity to earn up to $70,000+ for a driven and hard working candidate. Your ability and experience will determine what our office can bill your work out at. You will be required to keep a log of your time and this will determine the level of your pay. The more experience you have, the more you produce, the more you make. If you have minimal experience but you are intelligent and learn quickly, your pay will increase quickly. If you have no experience and have minimal drive, you need not apply :-D
We are an office of attorneys that are friends first (literally, we were friends and we one by one started working together). We pride ourselves on happiness, getting enjoyment from our work, serving clients with excellence, making money, but getting back to family and the love of the things that fuel us outside of work. We want to work with people who have a similar mindset. We are litigators, we go to court. But when we are not in court or in some other in person meeting, deposition or hearing, we work from home 99% of the time. It allows us to be with our families, travel, etc. But it requires all of us to have discipline to get tasks done and not keep others on our team or our clients waiting.
