Seeking a part-time hybrid assistant (in person and virtual) to help the owners of a busy multi-clinician psychotherapy practice with various business and household responsibilities.
This is a 5-10 hour a week position paying $25/hr with potential opportunity for increasing hours over time. You will be a W2 employee, and after 3 months will receive an automatic 401k match.
This position is flexible and some weeks may be mostly virtual. Other weeks will be a combination of virtual work and work in our home in the Bellevue area. If you’re a student, we can be extra flexible and accommodating around exams and big projects if you give us a heads up.
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Editing and proofreading blog posts, newsletters, and website copy
Running errands (e.g. groceries, dry cleaning, etc.)
Research (gifts, trainings, staff retreat destinations, etc)
Phone support
Emails and correspondence
Travel itinerary help (e.g. work trips or vacations)
Laundry once per week
Occasional babysitting or school pick-ups
Light cleaning (a few dishes, taking out trash or recycling, vacuuming, but nothing seriously messy or gross)
Light food prep (salads, easy dinner recipes)
Qualifications:
Great organizational skills and high executive functioning
Great communication skills with particular strength in writing
Punctual and reliable
Must have access to a car (mileage will be reimbursed)
Must be able to go up one flight of stairs and lift up to 25 pounds
Interest in psychology and counseling a plus, but not required
