We are a 25 year old apparel company looking for help in our Cool Springs production facility. This is a full-time position with increasing responsibilities for the right person. We are proud of our quality and provide our customers a variety of apparel decorating methods from our facility including embroidery, heat transfers, some direct to garment printing and more.
Duties include:
1. Embroidery clean-up. Trimming, steaming, folding apparel. You will be working with an experienced operator who can teach you the technical side of commercial embroidery. For the right person, we would eventually train you to operate an embroidery machine
2. Other Decorating. Our heat pressing requires attention to detail for logo placement and a clean finished product. This is a growing part of our business.
3. Packing orders. Shipping/Receiving, including counting in product and packing orders for shipment. Need attention to detail for 100% accuracy.
4. Duties as assigned. As a small business our employees need to pitch in as needed. This includes daily cleaning and maintenance in the shop area.
