Tennessee Stone and Design (TNSD) is seeking a full-time manufacturing technician to work on a production team to help bring to life a product line of handmade concrete tables and other premium concrete products. We are looking for energetic, hard-working, and positive people to join our growing team in White Bluff, TN.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Assisting with production manufacturing (casting tables, counters, fire pits, and all other products)
Operation of production equipment, including mixers, timers, cleaning equipment, forklift, etc.
Assisting with and learning hand-finishing and fabrication of concrete and masonry products (including casting, grinding, and sealer application).
Warehouse housekeeping
Shipping and delivery (packaging and handling)
General Construction (wood fab, basic plumbing and air)
General Labor (trips to pick up materials, machinery, hardware)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of experience in basic manufacturing, fabrication, shop-work or other skilled labor, (manufacturing, farm work, wood work, metal fabrication, product assembly, drywall, etc.) Experience with concrete or masonry experience is a plus.
Experience with power tools, light-duty equipment, and shop safety
Responsible, able to show up on-time consistently
Ability to work on your feet most of the day
Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. regularly during the day
Basic Math Skills
Ability to multi-task and handle tasks efficiently
Positive and professional attitude/demeanor
Dependable and honest
Someone who works well in teams
Someone who loves to learn
