Position Overview:
As a Vinyl Skin Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for producing custom vinyl products using industrial sewing and RF (Radio Frequency) welding techniques. Your experience with heavy-duty materials and precision craftsmanship will help ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate RF welding machines to bond vinyl materials with precision
Sew heavy-duty vinyl and fabrics using industrial sewing equipment
Measure, cut, and prepare materials based on design specifications
Inspect products for quality, consistency, and durability
Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and custom requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience sewing heavy-duty materials (vinyl, canvas, PVC, etc.)
Hands-on experience with RF welding equipment
Ability to read and follow technical drawings or work orders
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physically able to stand, lift, and work with large materials for extended periods
Team player with a strong work ethic
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required):
Experience in vinyl fabrication for inflatables, tarps, or custom covers
Familiarity with pattern-making or CAD-based design tools
