Service company looking for a hardworking, motivated assistant office manager to manage service schedule and perform a variety of clerical tasks.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred
Pay: $13-16 an hour (based on experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00-6:00 (Saturday hours available but not required at this time).
Growth in hours, responsibilities and pay for the right person (Manager position opening up soon)
Some benefits available after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule for service trucks
- Communicate with sales team and customers regarding scheduling
- Accounts receivable and invoicing
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Assist in answering customer questions and resolving issues
- Communicate/problem Solve with Crew Leaders regarding customers/schedule
- Check in service trucks and close shop

- Previous administration experience
- Willing to pass a drug test and background check
Not required but appreciated:
- Experience with Adobe Reader
- Experience with Service Monster
