Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, transfer calls, check voicemail, follow up accordingly
Data Entry
Assist with accounts payable: coordinate invoices, print and distribute invoices as necessary
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Excel, Microsoft Word
QuickBooks - Desktop Version
Bilingual a Must! (Spanish/English)
Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to always maintain a high-level of professionalism
Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn
