Applicant must be able to multi-task, be VERY organized, detailed and computer savvy. Duties include TALKING, emailing and texting with clients and leads, maintaining files, processing paperwork, creating marketing materials and keeping this busy Realtor on track! You would also work closely with a General Contractor in his building and remodeling projects. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and typing. Real estate and construction experience is not mandatory but would be helpful and could expand your duties and pay. This position needs a loyal, committed person who enjoys being the glue that holds the office together! No insurance benefit but you would have 5 paid holidays.
