We operate Nashville’s biggest and wildest party wagon, but sometimes, stuff breaks! We are looking for an additional person to add to our team to assist in repairs, service, and inspections. Hours can range from 20 to 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is familiar with farm equipment, in particular Case iH tractors. Our tractors pull 34ft custom built wagons through the streets of Downtown Nashville. You would be responsible for assisting in maintaining operational functions of the tractors, making repairs to tractors and equipment on the wagons, and performing basic maintenance for the equipment. Our wagons operate Wednesday-Sunday, so your hours would vary based on the schedule for that week. We are looking for someone who is dependable and a self-starter.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles.
Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles
Completing preventive maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacement and changes, replacing filters, etc
Maintains vehicle functional conditions by listening to operator complaints and/or issues, diagnosing failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, mostly 12V and 110v.
Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
Keeps shop equipment operating
Maintains supplies
Perform preventive maintenance
Answering call for repairs.

Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
Must be able to work various schedules. Will be required to be on call 1-2 nights a week.
Familiar with Farm Equipment, not required but preferred.
