Installation Coordinator - HomeWork 25/hrs/wk

Installation coordinator wanted to work for small but growing company based in Nashville.

Training Provided.

Duties include:

Issuing installation work orders to installers.

Scheduling and rescheduling installations as needed with installers and customers due to weather or other reasons.

Handle customer service. Schedule, create and issue Customer Service Tickets to installers.

Recruit installers when needed.

Track payments from customers upon job completion.

Organize post-completion documents.

Calculate installer pay per job.

Requirements:

1. Must have excellent communications skills.

2. Must have some experience working with home improvement installation crews.

3. Must have some customer service experience.

4. Early riser. Morning rescheduling of installs on east coast office installations require calls

being made early at 7am CST/8am EST.

5. Recruitment experience appreciated.

6. Management experience appreciated.

7. Clerical experience appreciated.

8. Must have experience using a digital calendar and email.

9. Must have an up-to-date desktop computer to work on and a late model cell phone.

10. A quiet place to work at your place of residence without noise from kids or pets.

11. MUST reside in central Tennessee but no commute required.

12. Must be dependable on a daily basis.

This job starts at 25 hours per week Mon-Fri 7am to 12pm with opportunity to grow to full-time soon, if desired, as we are a growing company.

$13.50 to start
