SUMMARY
We're seeking highly professional, well-educated individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach in a dynamic work environment and contribute positively to the team's success. Your day would include talking with patients, doctors, and facilities to process prescriptions and customer orders.
RESPONSIBILITES
Strong computer and typing skills are required Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Enter data quickly and accurately in multiple systems
Communicates with doctor offices, pharmacies, patients, and caregivers in a professional manner to ensure superior customer service. (Inbound and Outbound)
Meet metrics daily based on team and business needs
Maintain updated customer records with strong attention to detail and compliance with HIPAA standards
Provides feedback to supervisor and area managers regarding issues, process improvement
Fosters teamwork by encouraging and assisting others.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred; open to customer service/call center experience as well
Certification (PTCB, NCCT, or ExCPT) preferred
Eligible for state registration, certification, or licensure per state regulations.
Pharmacy software Guardian and CRM Salesforce a plus!
