Seeking Assistant General Manager to join our growing TEAM!

As Assistant General Manager you will mentor our ambitious TEAM ensuring outstanding guest service and delivering positive guest experiences. In this role you will collaborate with our General Manager to plan and oversee the hotel’s daily operations, and assume responsibilities in their absence.

Signing bonus- All TEAM members hired between 6/13/24 and 9/12/24 will be eligible for a $500 signing bonus following 90 days employment in good standing

In this role you will:

As a highly visible member of the property's Leadership Team, the Assistant General Manager serves as a key liaison for hotel guests and functions as a right hand to the General Manager, while concurrently leading the Front Office Team and operations and supporting other operating departments such as Housekeeping, and engineering. The Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, have luxury hotel brand experience, and, most importantly, have a positive solution-based focus while working to maximize the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

3+ Previous hotel Management experience in a Courtyard or luxury brand setting with proven success in the leadership of teams

3+ years of management experience in the Front Office and Housekeeping

Proven success in guest service results

A hospitality management degree is a plus

Strong financial knowledge is required

Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Drive for Results demonstrated through successful performance in prior leadership positions

Time management skills to meet commitments across multiple departments and roles
