Assistant Apartment Manager Trainee (Nashville)
Entry Level Position to help manage approximately 100 apartments all over Nashville and when buying flips.
Duties would include -
Showing and leasing apartments
Taking pictures of apartments and advertising
Collections on unpaid rent
Taking phone calls from prospective tenants and taking work orders
Researching & Mailings for purchasing additional property
Checking apartments and Lite maintenance
General Inspections of apartments
Needs to have mobile phone, own transportation(preferably truck) and laptop
Knowledge of quickbooks & construction a plus. Pay is $15 plus commission/bonus
