select group of motivated real estate agents. We have mentors available with time to train 3
new agents, at this time.

On Our Team You Will:
Be able to set your own schedule, work with the most supportive and fun real estate
team there is, receive the free training with a one-on-one mentor to provide all the
coaching you need to ensure your success, and the ability to build your own team.
To Join Our Team, You Must:
Be willing and able to obtain a real estate license, have a desire to work
independently and have control over your professional growth, have a strong work
ethic and desire to be successful, be coachable, and have excellent communication
skills and ability to network to build your business.
As a Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:
Networking and prospecting, using our proven FONT system, showing properties and
working with home buyers, setting appointments and closing deals, lead generating
daily.
