Automotive General Manager
Busy auto shop in Hendersonville has been serving middle Tennesseans for over 30 years. Busy shop expanding and in need of an experienced Shop Foreman to oversee daily business operations. The right candidate will maintain service standards and serve as quality control on all finished work. This person will serve as the face of the company to sell needed customer repairs while managing all aspects of the shop.

Requirements
Management Experience: Must have previous experience in the auto industry as shop coordinator or supervisor
Sales Experience
Ability to work with various computer programs to include email, Microsoft Word and Excel, Body Shop estimating, All Data. Various parts stores portals and online ordering systems.
Organization & Communication Skills: Must be able to clearly communicate with customers, vendors and shop staff both verbally and by email to complete repair jobs
